Worst costume I have ever "made", but it's a sweet picture. For the record, we made a coat in >1 hour, the bodice and fishnets are Haruhi-bunny, and the choker is just a strip of spandex. Diane got boots and did the wig.

So yeah. Noooot a costume I particularly like, though Diane looks fabulous in it. It's just not Canary.

Suck it Frank indeed.

His Canary was one of the worst parts of ASBR, which was already a piece of misogonystic trash.

*rant over*

Anyway, you look awesome. You should totally do a whole BOP shot.

I don't understand why you'd think it's a bad costume. It looks to me exactly like the Silver Age rendition of the fabric in the comics, when they'd use blue for her colors, especially the jacket. I've NEVER seen anyone do that version of Black Canary, and you captured it here very nicely.

Thank you!

Haha, it's moreso bad because we rushed it, and the fabric choice for the jacket is kinda lame. It's all in the details that are way more noticeable in person.

I really love the pose and expression here- she looks very powerful and heroic! :)

Just wondering about the title for the piece... very funny though! :)
